FAQ:

• How do I add an avatar to my comments?
  Since this website is built on WordPress, we use Gravatar images. Gravatar is a worldwide avatar system, where you can upload your own avatar and assign it to an e-mail address. Next, if you comment anywhere where Gravatar is used, the avatar will show up. Of course, the use of Gravatar.com is free!
• I would like to edit my entries, is that possible?
  Yes, it is. If you didn’t register before posting, first, register yourself, and then place a comment at the entry that’s “yours” and that you’d like to edit. As soon as one of the mods is online, the post will be assigned to you.
• I’m a registered member, but I really don’t understand the wordpress backend, and the stuff I have to enter there.
  We know it can be complicated, but don’t worry. You can just use the form on the Add page for now, so the posts will be assigned to you already, and we’re already working on simplifying the backend so everybody can work with it.
• I DO understand the backend, but where should I put all the information?
  A quick walkthrough from top to bottom:
  • Title: name of the location
  • Content: about the location field
  • Excerpt: not needed, you don’t have to fill this out
  • Send Trackbacks: not needed, you don’t have to fill this out
  • Custom Fields: there are 3 custom fields needed:
    • websaait: the website (use http://)
    • tvenue: type of location
    • tmusic: type of music they play at the location
  • Post Google Maps: enter the address here, street & city should do the trick most of the time

  • Right column

  • Publish: press publish when you’re done adding information (read below first )
  • Tags: please only use tags that are displayed when you press the “most used tags” link
  • Category: choose the location that is closest to the one you’re posting
