Type: Bar with live music
Music: Metal, hardrock, sometimes punk
Located on the corner of Parnell Street and O’ Connell street, this dark and divey bar is great for fans of loud music. The street level pub has a great juke box, stage, couches to sit on and pool tables. There is also a room in the basement.
Beer is relatively cheap for Dublin standards (EUR 3,50 for a pint of Foster’s or Bavaria) and it is right in the middle of the city centre.
And if you get bored of playing pool or listening to heavy music, you can take a seat in the big biergarten or move next door to Murray’s or the Living Room to watch sports.

If you’re too drunk to get home, there is a hotel next door and the pub offers special rates on rooms there.
every Monday –2 euro a drink (cover charge 10 euro from 8pm)
every Thursday –3 euro a drink (cover charge 5 euro from 8pm
